Manchester Maccabi first fielded a Ladies' Rounders team in the Bury & District League around 12 years ago. Rising from the 8th to the 4th division in recent years, the squad has enjoyed a great degree of success, being promoted twice in 4 seasons.
The age group is from girls aged 10 to ladies in their 50's.
The season runs from April to August. The rules we play to, are a departure from traditional school rounders and some of the equipment is a little different, but it's an enjoyable way to keep fit as well as providing a great social outlet.
