Our next Krav Maga Seminar will be on 22 April and will focus on how to protect yourself and your family within the law. Whether you have previously trained in martial-arts or not, you will learn simple methods to incapacitate and restrain armed and unarmed attackers. These effective and proven techniques will work even if the attackers are larger and more powerful than you. In three hours, amongst other techniques, you will learn how to disarm one or more attackers with knives, clubs and guns and find out how to escape from chokes, arm locks and other holds.
This seminar is aimed at people wishing to achieve Yellow or Orange Belt (1st or 2nd grade), equivalent to IKMF/KMG P1 and P2 levels. At the end of the seminar will be a grading. Please note that you will need to have attended at least 10 Krav Maga sessions within the last 6 months to achieve a grade. If you have not attended 10 sessions then you may still participate in the session but will not be awarded a grade. This seminar is suitable for Beginner to Intermediate level and will be useful as a refresher if you are returning to Krav Maga.

Seminars are suitable for ages 13 and over. Mixed male and female students. No previous Krav Maga experience is necessary. The cost for the seminar is £50.
Civilian Krav Maga is intended to give you the tools to engage, disengage and escape in a confrontational situation. Techniques are simple, memorable and within the law.
