World At Your Feet Soccer Academy Summer Course

at Manchester Maccabi.

Spend a week with us and experience life as a football player. The course focuses on the technical, tactical, physiological and social demands of the game, in order to maximise player development.You will also visit Old Trafford and meet a Premiership Star

The World at Your Feet Soccer Academy is delivered by current and ex-Manchester United players and coaches, working with top UK football clubs and scouts. We offer a unique, unrivalled pressure free environment to learn and have fun.

Start Date: 16th-20th August. Age: 10-16 years . Times: 09.00–15.30 Mon to Friday. Price: £100

Baby Yoga Classes at Maccabi Take some time together with your baby to enjoy gentle exercises, songs and games to help relax, strengthen and rejuvenate you and your baby. Tuesdays 9.30am to 10.30am £1.50 per session. The last class was on 13th July but will restart in September. No Need to book just come along. These classes will be term time only.	Fun & Fitness for over 50s Ladies, join our successful over 50's exercise class, get in shape and improve your health and wellbeing in a fun environment. Sessions provide moderate cardiovascular exercise with a qualified instructor. So come along any Monday from 10.45 - 11.45am and enjoy the benefits of body toning.

Self Defence classes for 5-12 year olds Krav Maga is the most effective form of self defence and is used worldwide by Army, Police and Intelligence services including the FBI and CIA. The Krav Maga system includes specialised programmes for children, so let your child learn self defence, improve their self-confidence, fitness and co-ordination. Junior Krav Maga is on Wednesdays at Maccabi from 6.30 - 7.15pm. Cost is £4 per session (£3 for Maccabi members). Tel. 0161.492.0040 or visit the Krav Maga page for more information.	The Drama Club at Maccabi The aim of the Drama Club is to provide children with a self development programme to increase confidence, communication skills, self esteem and creative ability through a carefully constructed drama syllabus. Classes are at Maccabi on Wednesdays from 4-5pm for years 1-3 and 5-6pm for years 4 to 6 on Oct 6, 13, 27, Nov 3, 10, 17, 24 & Dec 1. Cost for the term is £70.
